This is a super app, I was afraid the birds would be too loud (a problem with some other relaxation formats.) The tone was perfect, not to sharp, and no screaming seagulls with ocean sounds…I enjoy mixing different combinations of music with rain or water. My favorite is the lounge music mixed with the river flowing.
Guys thank you for this wonderful app; there’s no such words that can describe the level of soothing and relaxation it actually provide in this very turbulent, noisy and agitated world we’re living in…
I come from the countryside and I really miss the rustic life at times; would you please, consider to implement other animal sounds like CROWING ROOSTERS or BLEATINGS..? That will be my vacations before they come…

I most often use wave splashes/slow waves with evening birds, though I sometimes use river sounds instead of ocean. I occasionally use a mixture of the rain sounds, depending on my mood, and every once in a while I use various forest sounds, crickets or frogs too. When it’s cold outside I use the crackling fire, the creaking ship lets me pretend I’m on a cruise, and if my mind is racing I find the sushi bar soothing. It all depends on “where” I want to sleep each night; I imagine myself in a peaceful, beautiful location and relax melodies helps take me there.
Man I man talk about effective . At first I was suspect, but I was shocked at how quickly I fell into a deep, deep , sleep! This is amazing

In the bath or bed time, I love Asian prayer at 70%, thunder at 30% & heavy rain (free add on effects) at 30% Simply quality!
Please add in iPad premium version the vacuum and city ambiance sound. My daughter can’t fall asleep withouth! Thank you so much.

Great app! The River, piano and toskana combo really help me unwind from a chaotic day.
Flute 25%, Rain 50%, Winds 50%, Thunder 100%….I call it “Ancient Winds”….you will fall asleep in 30 seconds.
